Dooha was established by the ComputAssist Group which is a joint venture by ComputAssist, Propharm and Compharm and is a leading Independent Pharmacy Software vendor.
It became clear in the recent past that independent pharmacies will have to sharpen their focus and be creative to maintain their existing customers. Corporate companies are focusing all their attention to attract customers and to take over the market.
Dooha was developed to focus primarily on advertising in independent pharmacies, assisting them in maintaining their existing client base and attracting new Clientele as well as making the shopping experience fun and exciting.
We realized the need for pharmacies to implement Customer Relation Management (CRM) and we are constantly investigating new innovative methods for them to keep their customers. Dooha is the first company in South Africa to install real-time advertising screens at the Point-of-Sale.
